Tanner Ainge, Managing Partner
Throughout his career as a private equity investor, M&A attorney, and executive of an acquisitive publicly-traded company, Tanner has helped create value for business owners in a wide variety of industries and size ranges, with transactions ranging from $1 million to over $5 billion in enterprise value. Tanner began his career with the private equity firm HGGC and also practiced law with Kirkland & Ellis, LLP, a leading international firm. He now advises entrepreneurs and business owners across a spectrum of corporate transactions including acquisitions, real estate, venture capital, private equity, and any of their other corporate legal needs. In addition, Tanner sources, underwrites and oversees a portfolio of private equity investments on behalf of a close-knit group of family offices.
Tanner earned his Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law, his Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University and is licensed to practice law in Utah and Illinois.
